Here’s how we keep things fair for everyone.
Shipping
Processing time
Orders ship within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). We’re a small crew, so everything’s packed by hand.
Shipping rates
• U.S. orders under $75 → Flat $5.95 shipping
• U.S. orders $75 and up → Free shipping
Carriers & timing
Most orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground and arrive in 3–7 business days after leaving our shop or supplier.
Digital items (guides, PDFs) deliver instantly by email.
International
Right now we only ship within the United States.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Some multi-item orders (Printful merch + tackle gear) may arrive separately.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Condition requirements
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
We can’t accept returns on:
- Opened tackle, baits, or consumables
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Return shipping
• If the item was defective or we shipped the wrong thing → we’ll cover return shipping.
• For all other returns → customer covers return postage.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Email support@doolittleandfishmore.com with:
- Your order number
- Item name
- Reason for return
We’ll reply with instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
Other Notes
- Report damaged-in-transit items within 7 days (please include photos).
- Some items ship from partners (Printful, Shopify Collective, or dropship suppliers), so processing times and packaging may vary slightly.
