Dolittle & Fishmore is what happens when an old-school fisherman and his nature-loving wife team up with their terminally-online son to bring the American pastime of fishing back to its roots.
We’ve been around long enough to remember when all you needed for a good day on the lake was a few hours of peace & quiet (and maybe a few lunkers along the way).
Back when sonar screens, chemically-optimized lures, and boats screaming through the water at 50 miles per hour weren’t essential to the experience, but clear signs of a fish out of water.
Somewhere along the way, fishing lost its lure…sorry, its allure.
It became more about racing to the hot spots and casting frantically — and scaring the fish away before you've even dropped anchor.
But fishing isn’t supposed to be like shooting fish in a barrel. That’s…the whole point of that saying.
And that’s what we at Doolittle & Fishmore are fighting against as we work to bring fishing back to its simple origins.
Fishing’s not complicated. We've just made it that way.
You don’t need a boat that costs more than your first house or a tackle box full of $9 lures you’ll lose in three casts to have a great day on the lake.
You just need the right gear, a bit of patience…and for the sun to move behind the clouds for juuuust a little longer.

We keep fishing simple.

We work hard to bring you the lures, line, and tools that have proven themselves enough times to earn a spot in your tackle box.
